An AI-based platform for municipal and enterprise waste collection - with a genuine Vehicle Routing Problem engine underneath. Multi-depot, heterogeneous fleet, capacity-aware, with transfer-station logic and one-tap route sharing to drivers.
City map · multi-truck optimized routes
The Problem
Most municipal fleets run fixed routes that were drawn years ago, by hand, on a paper map. Bins overflow in one neighborhood while a truck crisscrosses empty in another. Large containers get serviced by the wrong trucks. Dump-station capacity isn't factored in. Fuel, wages, and political goodwill all leak - silently, every single day. Our platform rebuilds the plan from first principles every morning.
25–40%
excess kilometers driven on legacy fixed-route plans vs optimized ones.
18%
of fleet hours typically wasted on mismatched vehicle-to-bin assignments.
< 5 min
to generate a full day's optimized routes for 500+ bins, any number of depots.
Core Capabilities
Most "smart waste" products are dashboards. Ours is a routing engine that happens to have a great dashboard.
A production Vehicle Routing Problem solver - not a thin wrapper on Google Maps.
Our engine handles the full HFVRP-MD-IF class: Heterogeneous Fleet, Multi-Depot, with Intermediate Facilities (transfer stations). It decides how many trucks to deploy, which depot each should launch from, which bins each should service, in what order - and when they should detour to a dump station mid-route.

Compactors, tippers, auto-rickshaws - the engine understands the differences.
Different vehicles have different capacities, speeds, costs, and - crucially - different bin types they can physically service. A large container needs a compactor; a narrow lane needs an auto-tipper. Our compatibility matrix ensures that a vehicle is never assigned a bin it physically can't collect.

Trucks unload mid-shift, then keep collecting.
A compactor running a dense zone fills up after a few hours. Instead of hauling back to the depot and losing an hour, our engine automatically routes it to the nearest transfer station - unload, reset capacity, back to the next bin. One shift becomes 2–3 productive trips instead of one.

Routes go from dashboard to driver's Google Maps in one tap.
Every planned route becomes a shareable Google Maps navigation link - long routes auto-split into legs to fit Google's 23-waypoint limit. Dispatcher taps "Share to Driver", picks WhatsApp / SMS / QR code, and the driver opens turn-by-turn navigation on their own phone. No proprietary driver app required.

See what's actually happening, not just what was planned.
Every deployed truck reports live location, load, and bin-pickup confirmations back to the dispatcher. Deviations from the planned route trigger instant alerts. Skipped bins auto-queue for the next shift. The gap between "the plan" and "the truth" shrinks to minutes, not days.

Report to the commissioner, the citizen, and the climate.
Per-zone collection rates, cost per bin, vehicle utilization, CO₂ emissions per kilogram of waste, complaint resolution times - everything a municipal officer or an ESG-minded enterprise needs to prove progress and justify next quarter's budget.
Analytics dashboard · KPIs + ward heatmap
When a resident reports an overflowing bin, the next route absorbs it.
Citizen complaints flow into the same system - via a PWA, WhatsApp bot, or existing municipal helpline. The next planning cycle automatically includes them, prioritized by severity and age. The citizen gets a resolution notification when their report is closed.
Citizen complaint → auto-added to next route
How It Works
One-time setup: depots, vehicle types, bin types, transfer stations, compatibility rules. Operations data stays yours.
Every morning (or on-demand), the VRP engine generates the day's optimal plan across the entire city.
Routes go to drivers via Google Maps + WhatsApp / SMS. Trucks roll out. Live status flows back to dispatch.
Yesterday's actual data informs today's plan - service-time estimates, traffic factors, capacity utilization.
