Vision Lab is Kamsora's custom computer vision practice. Tell us what you need to detect, count, classify, or be alerted on - from PPE compliance to intruder detection to road defects - and we'll build, train, and deploy the platform around your problem, not a generic SKU.

The Reality
Every modern facility - factory, highway, society, warehouse, government complex - is already drowning in video. CCTVs roll 24/7. Dashcams record every kilometre. Drones survey every site. And almost none of it is being watched, analysed, or acted on. The cameras are doing their job. The intelligence layer is missing. That's what Vision Lab builds.
98%
of CCTV footage is recorded but never reviewed. It exists only for after-the-fact forensics.
7 sec
average time a human guard maintains attention on a single video wall feed.
ZERO
extra cameras needed to start. We work with the infrastructure you already own.
Capabilities
Each card below is a real, deployable computer vision capability. Some are already in production (we'll tell you which). All are extensible to your specific environment - your cameras, your rules, your edge cases.
Protect the humans inside your operation. Flag violations the moment they happen - not after an incident report.
Detect missing helmets, hi-vis vests, safety boots, gloves, and masks at site entry, work zones, or production lines. Per-zone rule sets - the canteen requires a hairnet; the welding bay requires a face shield.
Visual detection of early-stage fire, smoke plumes, and visible liquid or gas leaks - often catching events before traditional smoke sensors trigger. Critical in warehouses, fuel yards, and chemical plants.
Detect a person who has fallen, slumped, or remained motionless on the floor longer than a threshold. Critical for solo workers, hospital corridors, eldercare facilities, and high-risk industrial zones.
Turn passive CCTV into an alert system. Fewer false alarms, faster response, full evidence trail.
After-hours intrusion alerts on perimeters, rooftops, server rooms, and unmanned facilities. Distinguishes a person from an animal, a swaying tree, or a passing headlight - far fewer false alarms than motion-only systems.
Detect handheld firearms, knives, and visible threat objects in entry corridors, public spaces, and high-security premises. Forwards a clipped snapshot and live feed to security in under one second of detection.
Detect tailgating at access-controlled doors, jumping turnstiles, opening emergency exits, or entering through "exit-only" gates. Pairs with badge logs to flag mismatches between physical entry and authorised access.
Turn cameras into operational sensors - counting, classifying, and surfacing the data your business already needs.
Pothole, longitudinal crack, edge break, and faded marking detection from dashcam, drone, or dedicated survey-vehicle footage. Severity scoring, geo-anchoring, and a full repair-lifecycle workflow - already deployed as our Roadeye platform.
Detect early visual signs of machine fatigue - abnormal vibration patterns, loose mounts, oil stains, exhaust discoloration, blade chipping, belt slack - before they become breakdowns. Pairs with maintenance logs for predictive scheduling.
Real-time occupancy of every parking bay, loading dock, or yard slot from a single overhead or wide-angle camera. Live availability board, illegal-parking alerts, dwell-time analytics, and ANPR-linked entry/exit logs.
The list above is illustrative, not exhaustive. Counting cattle, reading meters, monitoring conveyor belts, detecting waste segregation, recognising defective fruit - send us a one-paragraph description.
In Depth
A closer look at what a deployment actually contains - beyond the model - so you can picture what a Vision Lab project looks like in your environment.
A camera at every site entry, watching for what supervisors can't.
A worker walks into the welding bay without a face shield. Today, the supervisor catches it half the time. Tomorrow, the camera flags it instantly - before the arc strikes. We deploy entry-zone cameras, line-of-sight cameras above active stations, and edge boxes that run inference locally so alerts don't depend on the cloud.
Site entry · PPE compliance overlay with violation tag
A perimeter that knows the difference between a person and a stray dog.
Standard motion-detection alarms fire on every leaf, every cat, every passing headlight - and so guards stop trusting them. Our perimeter detection runs object classification before raising an alert: human, vehicle, animal, environmental. Only "human" triggers an escalation. Result: dramatically fewer false alarms, dramatically faster response when the alarm is real.

One overhead camera replaces a hundred ground sensors.
Sensor-based parking systems require a sensor per bay, a wiring run, and a battery cycle for each. A single well-placed overhead camera with our model gives you the same data - occupancy per bay, dwell time, illegal parking, vehicle class - at a fraction of the install cost. For logistics yards, the same camera tracks trailer slots, dock occupancy, and loading dwell.

How a Vision Lab Project Runs
One workshop call. You describe what you need detected and what action should follow. We translate it into a measurable spec - classes, accuracy targets, alert flow, integration points.
We deploy on one site, one camera, or one stretch. Often using your existing cameras. Two to four weeks. You see real detections on real footage before you commit.
We collect site-specific data, fine-tune the model, eliminate the false-positive patterns unique to your environment, and build the dashboard / alert / integration layer around it.
Full rollout - edge or cloud or hybrid, your choice. Ongoing model retraining, on-call support, and continuous improvement as your environment changes.
Proof, not promises
Roadeye is Vision Lab in production.
Our flagship deployment, Roadeye, is a full computer vision platform running on Indian state highways - survey vehicles, dashcams, multi-class defect detection, GIS-anchored lifecycle, contractor mobile workflow, and audit-grade exports. It exists because we built it under exactly the same engagement model we're offering you here.
Whatever you ask for next - a PPE system for your construction sites, an intruder system for an unmanned substation, a parking platform for your campus - runs on the same engineering foundation: trained CV models, an integration layer, a workflow tool around it, and a team that has done it before.

Pilot Program
One paragraph. The use case, the environment, the cameras you have (or don't). We'll come back within two working days with a feasibility note and a pilot proposal - no contract, no commitment.
